I think I need help and an opinion

Hi I am let's say S I am male and I have 13 years I've quit vape but now I'm smoking cigarettes my father knows and he doesn't like it but he understands I nearly smoked a whole pack one night from talking to a friend I hope yall will understand I have anger issues and trust issues so I hold much anger inside that's why I started vaping but once I quit I nearly beat up many ppl that's why I started smoking
