I rolled 4 weeks in a row (stupid i know)

Long story short, after months of not using, this last 4 weeks i went to 4 festivals and i used each time. I used a 200 mg dose twice and 150 mg the other two times, the last time being yesterday.

This is not something i've ever done as i really respect the drug and avoid using frequently, prepare the days before and take care afterwards, and don't really suffer from comedowns. I still feel fine today, but i'm just really concerned. Has anyone who's dosed 4 times in a month but otherwise taken proper breaks have any tips? I'm definetly not doing anything for the rest of the year. Before this short period of irresponsible use i used 4 times before this year, 5-6 last year and the same the year before, and i never use more than one pill.

I have been wanting to take a break for a while now and this is definitely happening now.

How long should i abstain from? I'm thinking a year or so?

What symptoms can i expect, and how long can they last for if not permanent?

I'm generally quite an anxious person so any information would help me prepare for whatever may be coming.
