I have annoying pin pricks and electric shocks when walking

I have these MRI impressions:

  1. diffused disc bulges with suerimposed central annular fissure with an anteroposterior dural sac diameter of 0.8 cm together with ligamentum flavum and facet joint hypertropy causing mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis . A central annular fissure is noted

  2. In the L4-L5, a diffused disc bulges with suerimposed central annular fissure with an anteroposterior dural sac diameter of 0.7 cm together with ligamentum flavum and facet joint hypertropy causing mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis . A central annular fissure is noted

My EMG-NCV result shows it is considered abnormal due to electrophysiologic changes suggestive of a mild chronic lower lumbosacral radiculopathy mainly affecting the L5-S1 levels with no features of active denervation

I am 62 years old with mild pain and electric shocks when walking for over a year now

Ironic as it seems i can walk 6 to 8 thousand steps with negligible electric shocks. But when i do grocery or walk in a mall electric shocks sets in. I dont know why

Does anybody have similar impressions? What does recovery looks like?
