Organisation Européenne de Recherche Interdimensionnelle Cernunnos or OERI Cerunnos for short is an organisation founded by France in 1978 after a mass shooting event in Boulogne Sur Mer Hoverport where 7 demons killed 34 civilians that were caught in the crossfire while trying to kill a known Foreign Stock trader.

later down the line other countries joined OERI after they had similar events involving demons. by 2017 the organisation included researchers and agents from France, Germany, The Benelux and Czechia. by this time OERI were also in competition with other organisations, mainly America's DHORKS but as the founder of OERI put it: "being afraid of DHORKS is like being afraid of a limbless dog. it can bark all it wants but it sure as hell cant bite".

in the present day of 2029, DHORKS and OERI are preparing to put troops in hell with the help of developments in portal technology enabling things as big as main battle tanks and aircraft parts to be put through a portal, as well as technology that allows then to be able to choose where to open a portal, a technology that OERI was lacking behind in compared to the Americans. they and DHORKS and already launched a few exploration rovers into hell inorder to get the lay of the land and see how things are in hell.

(the 2 images are to show you what French and German that will go into hell will look like at this time)
