Kitten Waking My Up At 4-5 AM

Starting this post off by saying I love my kitten so much! She is 18 weeks old and her name is Sam. I am needing advice on how to make my kitten stop waking me up ay 4 to 5 am. It hurting my sleep schedule for work. I have been late many times now since I have gotten her.

Typically around those times she gets all up in my face. She nudges, rubs, licks, and bites. She will kneed my arm, chest, and neck as well till I finally give in and go get her food.

I feed her three times a day plus extra little snacks. I have been trying to keep feeding 1 at 7 am when I typically get up for work. (We all see how that is going.) Feeding 2 I come home on lunch and give her half a can. When I come home around 6pm - 7pm I give her 4 small greenies and a churu. Feeding 3 I wait till around 10pm before bed and give her a full cat plus another churu on top of it.

If anyone has any suggestion on how to help please comment! I want to help both me and Sam out by being on a routine together. Thank you!
