Alberto Balsam in a MF DOOM song

For some reason i recognise alberto balsam from aphex twin very well as a sample. I thought originally that it was Fancy Clown by MF DOOM, but then it wasnt. I have no clue why I know this song so well. And no, this was prior its popularity on tiktok.
