Xbox controller has drift tick issue on left pad.

Heu everyone. I purchased a xbox controllee from vinted and everything workes great gor about two day and then the left stick keep deifting up and down making it almost unplayable.since i said that evertyhing was correct and the issue of deift wasn't in the description of the pepduc am i in a bind ?
