how to read and understand lengthy book chapters?

yl1 here na almost 2 weeks in sa med school 😭 super overwhelmed sa amount ng info. i wanted to rely on books more kesa sa transes pero ang haba ng chapters at sobrang time consuming considering na behind na ko sa lectures

i know finding out my study style is trial and error pero baka meron po kayo advices for someone na adjusting pa! naninibago din ako kasi first time ko magka ipad for studying

current routine ko

1. watch short videos before lecture
2. annotate transes during lecture
3. read book after lectures (na di ko natatapos palagi kasi mahaba hwhehshshs)
