12TPY Mod

Hi, is there a 12TPY mod that works, or am I doing something wrong with this one?

I've been using this one, with it enabled 1st, then DEI parts 1, 2, and 3 with no other submods, (and 1, 2, 3 and then 12TPY enabled last) but it's still triggering 4TPY.

Thanks!
