AC Black flag Resynced map bug

Hey is anyone having an issue when you defeat a fort the ocean becomes clear but not the landscape? I did Dry Tortuga, Eleuthera, and Gibara. Gibara cleared completely but the other two didn’t. The oceans cleared but not the land masses for Dry Tortuga and Eleuthera.
