I’m buying an 86, when should I get the rtv cleaning done to avoid issues?

I’m waiting for my title to come in for my trade in vehicle so I’ve been looking into everything 86 while I wait and I kick dirt. So the big major things I’ve heard are issues are :

Excessive RTV in the oil pan because of I guess some weird factory shit where they over do it so I assume getting someone to do it by hand fixes it

Oil starvation which I guess is mitigated by just early oil changes and checking the oil regularly

Anything else I’m missing? also is an RTV cleaning/replacement necessary on a 15k miles 86?
