PSN gift card unavailability and unsupported cards

I have been looking for a verified source from which I can purchase psn gift card. I am a returning player after about an year and I have been looking on Amazon on Flipkart for vouchers which I used to buy previously and they have been out of stock. Amazon recently had a seller which was for more than the redeemable price.

I only have a rupay debit card and I am unable to make purchases with it.

Am I just stuck like this without being able to purchase anything on the psn?
