Can boat earbuds be replaced or upgraded without invoice ?

I have a Boat airdopes primo and the case is not charging the earbuds anymore, I have tried to clean the charging pin and all but it is not working, it is only charging when I charge the case with buds inside , I don't have invoice cause it was a gift , so can I replace or upgrade it after paying ?
