YES, I will play with sloshing Ishmael. She inflicts rupture on clash LOSE, so I guess she can inflict a bunch of potency. Still sucks, but it's better than Xichun ID for rupture inflicting.
Also, please notice: WARP Yi Sang iss count POSITIVE since he uses Dimension Shredder EGO.
For Rodya and Meursault: If enemy have 15+ potency and 3+ count of rupture, they don't consume count, and don't aply more count & potency. But since they're still activating rupture, then I guess that can be called count neutral.
I won't say anything about Heishous and Lord Hong Lu. They're awesome.
About Sinclair: I honestly don't know if I hould use Devyat' or keep talisman one. So mb I will just keep him with LCB sinner ID.
