Acceptable amount of spins to start

What would be the acceptable amount of cranking spins to start engine? Mine seems to take 10 or so to fire up cold start with choke. It used to start up with a couple spins. Mower has 80 hrs on it. And fuel treatments maintenance is done every season. Plugs filters. Oil changed always well before due.. any ideas?
