What Are the Most Reliable Turnip Drivers?

to preface, the only Retroid console I have is the RP5

As the title says, what are considered to be the most reliable Turnip drivers? The ones that just kinda like, *work* that you can use a baseline and only deviate for specific games/situations.

Also when it comes to drivers, are specific drivers more consistent between apps? Like, are there drivers that work really well in Eden, but there are others that work more consistently in GameNative/Gamehub.

I'm very curious to hear your responses and personal findings.
