Anyone building a micro SaaS for recurring local deliveries,Baltimore?

Hey, I run a small e-commerce business in Baltimore and we fulfill wholesale orders for local retailers on a weekly basis. We need a courier that can handle scheduled bulk shipments consistently, not one off deliveries. Our orders range from 20 to 50 packages per run, going to maybe 8 10 stops around the city.
