RAM recommendation

Should I buy this RAM?
I'm planning to build an AM5 PC around December this year. This RAM is on sale right now, so I'm wondering if I should buy it now and slowly purchase the rest of the parts over the next few months, or just wait and buy everything in December.
I'm in Japan and my budget is 200-250k yen (around 1500 USD ish)
