Question about Xero HFSII

I am super in love with one of the new colors of the HFSII in the men's section. Does anybody know if they use the same last for men's vs women's? I know a lot of brands are wider for men's, but if the heel is any wider I won't be able to wear them, the women's are on the edge of too wide as it is.

Also taking suggestions for good running shoes for a narrow heel and very wide forefoot with very high arches. The HFSII a half size down from my usual are working well enough for now, but I wouldn't mind something narrower in the heel.
