Please help me optimise my game.

Hey y’all, I just started playing the game but I don’t really like how it runs, so here it is:

Intel Core i5-13400F
RTX 5070 12GB
16GB RAM DDR4
1080p 180hz

I get like 45-60 fps, 80-90 someplaces, the gpu usage is at around 60-70% usually. Am I doing something wrong? Should I change some settings?
