How to convert my ICICI SA to NRO without otp loop

I want to convert my ICICI saving account to NRO. However the online applications takes you to a screen with OTP. This OTP is being sent to my old phone number which is not in use. I tried reaching ICICI bank on phone, chat, whatsapp , however for everything they keep asking OTP.
Even to change the phone number, it is asking OTP, hence I am stuck in a loop. I do not have any plans to visit India soon, so cant go in person & live in Atlanta.
