(BENQ MOBIUZ EX251) My monitor keeps turning on and off by itself even when my pc is unplugged

I noticed it started doing this when I wasn't even on my table at the time. It keeps showing the display asking if I'm gonna power it off then proceed to turn off and on again.

Things I've tried:

- Checking if the power cable was loose

- Unplugging for 5 mins and holding power button for 30 seconds

- Turned off auto power on settings
