Please review my GSL speech

This is my first time, and I really don't know if my speech is good enough. This is only for our classroom MUN(Our teacher is trying to prepare us in case we want to join MUN). I want to know how I can improve this and what I could do in the future to make better speeches. I wanna be able to make my speeches better as soon as possible.

Anyways, our agenda is "Promoting Equitable Resource Allocation and Responsible Consumption Amid Economic Scarcity."

Honorable Chair, Esteemed Delegates,

The Delegation of Saudi Arabia believes that resource equity and responsible consumption are considered significant steps toward global success and innovation.

Under Vision 2030 of Saudi Arabia, it demonstrates to the world that economic growth can be achieved with responsible management by promoting the Circular Carbon Economy, increasing renewable energy sources, and advancing water technologies.

True resource equity depends on common progress. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, therefore, urges this committee to develop international partnerships around the sharing of technologies and to maximize clean energy. Sustainable consumption is a powerful engine for world development and ensures a thriving and well-managed future for all countries.
