Best AI app that can handle calls, speak to callers, forward calls, take down their messages etc?

Is there any good app that can handle calls end to end on my phone? I want the app to be able to answer incoming phone calls, reply to them in natural voice, forward leads etc. Basically a phone assistant or receptionist. I have seen some companies do that, when I dial their number it goes to a smart AI assistant that responds based on the callers voice input...

Currently on IOS if that matters. I dont mind changing to Android if the app is great on Android.

Thanks a bunch in advance
