A win! (Diet/Eating Disorder TW)

Achievement/NSV 🎉🥳🎊

So when I started zepbound, I thought 1400cal was absolutely the way to go. Mind you, I was 322lbs and 5’10 when I started. I did that for 7 weeks basically and my weight stalled at 293.9lbs.

Welllll… after getting advice and also forcing myself to listen to it/getting guidance from my previous provider, I ate 1800cal yesterday and had a 1400cal cheat meal the day before that. Today I’m on track to do 1800cal with high protein.

Anddd…. My weight went to 289.8lbs!!!! Pushing me to 30lbs+ lost in about 2 months.

Getting myself to eat more calories was really hard because of my eating disorder recovery but to just feel how it fueled my body, to feel my mood be better, to not have a headache later in the day, and to just have more livelihood - it’s reminding me how important balance and an informed deficit is vs an aggressive deficit.
