• 6 to 7 page templates: Home, About, Services, Portfolio with category filter and project detail pages, Careers, Contact
• Full custom admin panel with login: client can manage portfolio projects, services, team, testimonials, banner images, and view contact form submissions (Optional this will depend on the cost)
• GSAP ScrollTrigger for scroll-driven animations and cinematic hero sequences
• Framer Motion for component-level transitions and reveals
• Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Mobile responsive, basic SEO, performance optimized
• Source code handover
• Then yearly management charges how much can i expect?
