My (27F) boyfriend (25M) asked for space, still calls, and now blocked. Advice?

Hi me (27F) and my bf (25M) have been dating for 1.5 years now and are in LDR with 10 hrs difference.

He really loved me, even met his family who loves me. He has an active social life while i do not so i depend on him alot but i do not chase him. I do get mad when he prioritize everything else before me to which he would chase me and say sorry but nothing really changes.

Last time we fought i broke up with him, he said sorry and we talked again until i got overwhelmed and blocked him. I regretted and unblocked him 3 days later to say sorry. He then got really mad and said he needs space until his exam finishes which is in 2 months.

I accepted the space as i felt so bad and blamed myself. it's been a month, he called me 6 times already, he just checks in, i tried to be strong the whole time during the calls but cried alot without him knowing. The calls made me spiral and and in the last call i told him how his calls affects me, he said 'does this mean you wanna break up?' and told me he didnt wanna fight. I said goodnight and slept. 3 days later i blocked him without saying a word. Its been 6 days of NC. Advice please?
