Is frontline plus or tevrapet good/safe flea treatment

Revolution Plus is just too expensive as a continuous go-to treatment. I’ve heard good things about Frontline and Tevrapet. They are said to have the exact same active ingredients, so if Frontline is considered a good product, I would likely choose Tevrapet as our consistent treatment option since it is only $20 for 3 doses (compared to Frontline's $40 for 3).
I would love to know your thoughts, or if you have tried either of these on your cats!
