Technology keeps making old skills unexpectedly valuable again

one thing i've noticed is that technology doesn't always replace old skills

sometimes it makes them valuable again

whether it's typing properly, understanding file management, or knowing how to troubleshoot a problem without immediately asking AI

those basics still go a long way

it's interesting how the skills that seemed outdated a few years ago are quietly becoming useful again.
