Multiple game consoles connected to one HDMI port?

So I’ve tried to have a quick look on this topic but it always comes back to nothing related to what I want. I’m wanting to connect multiple devices to my tv, but I’m limited to one more HDMI slot out of the 3 I have. 1st port is my main console, second port is my surround sound and I was initially keeping the 3rd port for my switch I’m getting, but I’m also looking at getting a PS as well, but I also have my old 360 I want to look at hooking up as well.

Does the HDMI splitter I see online allow me to connect multiple devices to the one port that I could just switch between each console rather than unplugging them all the time.
