Any active 1 800 Contacts promo codes?

We're keeping this thread open year round for 1 800 contacts promo code since deals tend to pop up at different times. Black Friday, back to school, end of season sales, sometimes even random mid-month promos.

If you spot a deal that's live right now, post it here before it disappears. Include the discount amount if you know it and whether it stacks with other offers.

Old codes are fine to leave up but please note when they stopped working so others can skip them.
