Best/most fun Caster Class for TBC Classic

Used to play in OG days a lot of arenas and mainly PVP with some PVE. Looking to make an alt caster - currently leveling a rogue who is 49 as my main so not looking to have another melee even though warriors seems fun. What is a good caster for leveling and PvP these days?
