LF someone to continue my lease in SMDC Light Residences

Hi! Looking for someone to continue my lease from August 2026 to November 2026 in SMDC Light Residences. The details are as follows:

1.) Studio unit with divider (without balcony)

2.) Unit facing Ortigas

3.) Monthly Rent: 16k inclusive of association dues

4.) Inclusions:

- With Wifi

- With Refrigerator

- Queensized Bed

- Sofa Bed

- Dining Table and 3 chairs

- Aircondition

- Cabinets

We can schedule a viewing asap and then upon move in the payment of the 2 months deposit amounting to 32000. Contract ammendment will be needed to update the lease details. Will be aiming to move out asap as I shifted to a WFH setup.
