Random crashed while idle?

I was trying to help someone out last night as they are having issues since upgrading to the 9060XT (from a 3050). Everything runs great under load but as soon as the pc is idle, they get random crashes and multiple re-starts. They have not overclocked the CPU or GPU and have EXPO enabled in BIOS. The only change in Adrenaline made was turning OFF Zero RPM fans. Adrenaline is v26.6.4

Specs ...

Ryzen 5 7600x

RT 9060XT

B650P MB

DDR5 5600 cl46 (if I recall)

700w PSU (new)

They have completed DDU a number of times and updated to the most current BIOS for their board.

When they look at CPU-Z, under the Graphics tab most boxes are blank. They have even exchanged the card as the 1st one was acting similar (bought from BestBuy).

Any thoughts on what may be causing the issue? Thanks for your suggestions / ideas.
