How do I return my Credila education loan after an Australian student visa refusal?

My Australian student visa was recently refused, so I won’t be proceeding with my studies.
I have a ₹45 lakh education loan from Credila. The full amount was disbursed to my bank account, and I paid around ₹13 lakh towards my university tuition fees and OSHC. The university has informed me that the refund will take about 20 working days. The remaining loan amount is still untouched.
The issue is that both my Credila branch manager and the loan agent have been unresponsive for over a week, despite repeated calls and messages. I’ve also emailed Credila support.
