How to ease Tank Anxiety, general aim and position assist from VOD Request

I’m a Silver tank player looking to climb but feeling stuck even if tank is my most consistent role when it comes to wins as I have anxiety playing the role due to how people in the lobby treat me, and being mainly a support player.

I chose this vod because we both almost got the win multiple times, so i think the may mean the teams are relatively balanced.
