What do i do here??
Should i take my cat to the vet? Do i watch out for her behaviour? Do i stop panicking and brush It off? I genuinely don't know what to do
I woke up to one of my recently adopted cats (i have almost 9 in total) REACHING her face into a kfreeze wide open lid. I snatched that thing so fast
I look around and the straw was out of the cup. Clean. No hint of the chocolate inside AND outside on the lower part of the straw, CLEAN OFF. This thing that i got had: caffeine, Nutella, chocolate, coffee, ice cream and many other things you except to be on a caffeinated drink.
Now, this cat that i very much suspect she was the one to lick it because i genuinely don't see my other cats being this unaware for dangerous things, especially when im not there to confirm to them that it isn't safe (Me and my cats very much communicate throught body language) and she was the one who wouldn't leave me alone all night, so i highly doubt it was any other cat.
So what do i do?? I know that NOTHING that i mentioned in that kfreeze is healthy for Cats at all. I told the person next to me about all this and told me that I'm just being dramatic and that i should "stop with the paranoia" and go back to sleep. In no way am i going to calm down when i know that one of my cats (the youngest one too, probably around 6 months and very underweight from her previous owners, that i highly suspect her) had licked around my cup and i don't know how much she licked off of it while i was asleep.
I'm someone who watches my cats A LOT. I make sure they don't try to eat something they can't or if someone tries to give them something that i know is bad for them because im someone who's genuinely afraid of things like this happening.
I really need answers, english isn't my first language, if something was hard to understand please tell me i was typing this in a rush
