one eye done - doctor recommending a new iol for second eye

I am very nearsighted and have been wearing glasses since first grade. My first eye was done on 7/9/26. Crisp distance vision was most important to me and the ability to drive at night (no halos). My left eye (non-dominant) had an Eyhance put in. At my followup on 7/10/26 my doc suggested my right eye (dominant) get the Puresee so I can see intermediate well. I'm nervous as to whether it's safe to change the strategy midway. I think (but don't know) that the non-dominant eye that was done was set to plano or maybe a tad less. Is her new strategy a good idea? Especially if it needs to be set to less than plano in my dominant eye? I love the idea of not needing glasses for the computer or to see my dashboard in the car.
