Any Ba programme senior? Plss help me

My questions are:-

1. Is the syllabus for honours and programs the same?

2. After doing four years can I get an honours degree or not?

3. Is there any scope for BA programme student?

4. And my last question is that if I do a BA program in for example Eco plus English so then I decide I will do major in Eco and minor in English can I do this and get a degree in 4th year after doing fourth year I mean can I do that?

5. Is doing a BA program degree in a top college and doing an honours degree in a low college which is better?

And this out of curiosity I am asking is eco and English honours is good aur Eco plus pol science honours is good??

And how is the eco program difficult like honours or is it much easier?

Please please help me I am little bit of confused
