Looking for a fragrance that smells expensive.

I’m looking for a new signature fragrance. In the past I’ve worn YSL MYSLF (the black bottle), Abercrombie & Fitch fragrances, and Ralph Lauren Blue, so I usually gravitate towards woody, masculine scents.

This time, though, I want something different.

I’m after that “old money” / luxury / wealthy guy vibe. You know when you’re in a nice hotel, an upscale bar, or a members’ club, and someone walks past leaving a trail that just smells incredibly expensive and sophisticated? That’s exactly the feeling I’m looking for.

I’m not necessarily looking for the most complimented fragrance or the loudest one. I want something that smells refined, elegant, masculine, and high-end.

Budget isn’t really an issue if it’s worth it.

What would you recommend?
