elderly dog passed away while watching him :(

So this was a repeat client and both the owner and I noticed the decline in his overall health, he wasn’t eating as much (for example, he used to be awake at 6:30 barking at the door for me to feed him his food) now he would sleep until 8am he wouldn’t even get up to eat. So this morning he passed away, while I went to go drop in on him.

I called the owner and rover support, everything went well with the owner he was going to have family take care of it. I cleaned the rest of the apartment, like his food and pee pad, did as much as I could.

My account is temporarily suspended is this normal? What are the standard procedures? Has anyone been in this situation?

I’m just feeling kind of down, especially since the owner isn’t in even in the same state. I am just really sad.
