my xbox problem since 9 am

so, ever since wuwa came out on xbox a day ago, I've spent that day downloading it and then just this morning i wanted to play it and i wanted to log onto my existing account on mobile (it's up to date) and when i pressed the continue button so i could log onto my account, my xbox suddenly created a brand new account using my gamertag instead of logging into my existing account!

and then for the next 12 hours as I'm writing this now, I've been trying to log onto my mobile account, I've done multiple ways, like linking my mobile account to Kuro Games Accounts, unlinking the console account my xbox created and even i had to get help from customer support from Kuro, to help but not EVEN THAT COULD HELP ME.

i already did what they told me to but my xbox still logs me into that new account it made, (as I'm writing this i am currently frustrated and extremely disappointed that it was this complicated coming from Kuro because i just wanted to play and set my phone free)

so if you guys have any advice or tutorials please send them, i urgently need help from you guys,
