How to get x ray bone age

What do you think of bonesmashing near my wrist until I feel pain and take it as an excuse to do x rays and see if my plates are open ?

My cousin is a doctor but won't order an x ray until it really hurts because I already told her but she said just to take my supplements

And I cant do one without an allowance nor waste money on a growth specialist ( i can tell her to read my bone age)

Does anyone suggest another way ?
