Really need help kinda

Guys, I know most of you are either from IITs or are busy roasting your own colleges, but I really need some advice.

I'm not getting any good college, so please help me find a decent one with a good crowd. I honestly don't care much about academics but yeah cgp important because

I'm almost 20 years old, and I don't have the courage to take another drop. At the same time, I'm completely confused about which college to choose. My main goal is to enjoy college life, build a strong network, work on startups, and later apply for a master's abroad.

I'm from Delhi, but I really want to study outside my hometown or PG lelunga

I can take an education loan of up to ₹15 lakh for college, and I'll manage my personal expenses myself.

Please help me out, seniors and everyone else. I'd really appreciate your suggestions.
