Tapering from 100mg to 50mg of Zoloft, what should I expect?

I've been on this medication for almost 5 years and I've just recently decided to taper the medicine for a month from 100mg to 50mg with my doctor's help and guidance. I'm not sure what to expect with this change so I wanted to ask if there's anything I should know or be made aware of when tapering down. If there are any videos or sources I can't check to be better prepared for the changes to come.

I'm on multiple other antidepressants such as Loxx and Rexulti, which are staying the same in terms of dosage so we can pinpoint any side effect of the tapering (of Zoloft). I'm also on Mounjaro if that's something to note as well
