motivation for full coverage hijab

hey girlies<3

I am 19 and I've been doing hijab for almost 3 years now,the thing is that i rarely do full coverage hijab, everytime i put it on, i pull out a few strands if hair since -um..full coverage doesnt suit my face as it is kinda chubby and round, and it makes me feel so guilty, i really reallyy want to do full coverage hijan but everytime i try it i hate myself even more, pls tell me how to get to that:(
