Orientation on Monday- did not receive email?

Hello, I have orientation on Monday/Tuesday. I received a confirmation email when I reserved my spot, but didn't get any further information on where to go/when it starts? Would like to know where to park and the schedule. Also, I am not going to eat the offered food so I was wondering whether it would be possible to go during that time to my car and eat there. If not, I need to know so I can at least bring some snack in my pocket or something.
