Occipital Nerve block horror story

Im coming to see if anyone has had an experience like mine. Yesterday I went to have my block for the 1st time and I had the worst experience. Something happened during the block and I while he was doing the injection I suddenly heard this loud roaring of like metal on metal screeching in my head, and it almost and it felt like my body was glitching (moving back and forth) and my voice was echoing as if I were speaking into one of those echo microphones I could hear my voice echo back to me every time I was telling him something was wrong.He stopped immediately and This went on for about 10 mins and I really thought I was gone. I didnt lose consciousness and was awake for this terrifying experience.they laid me on the table my hr was 118 and blood pressure elevated. They kept me for about 30 mins after hours and then sent me to my car. I was alone so I sat in the car for almost an hour because I was so dizzy and nauseous, then drove myself across the street to the ER. My Hr was in the 100s and it took a good few hours to get that down. The pain in my neck and head are more than before. But my main concern was what happened during. How it felt and example: you know when you see the time travel movies and people are trailing like there body is warping, or i told my brother if you've seen the matrix and agent Smith is leaping into the other body thats what I felt like my body was doing and the loud roaring of metal and hollow screeching consistent with that also.

I know its weird and Im sorry if this is out of pocket Im just completely shaken still my body is pretty shaky still this morning. I have had headaches for a year and suffer with Lupus and other auto immune and was just trying to reduce pain without more medication.
