guys why do u think u cant get jobs - is communication a big part of it??

is it qualifications or bad luck or a lack of skills?

The most in demand skill, because of AI, is human soft skills like communication and public speaking.

Is this whr yall think u fall short sometimes - stuttering in interviews, or finding it hard to deliver presentations?

(cuz communication is what makes an employer choose between 2 ppl who equally clever and beneficial to their company)

I'd be open to why ppl think they can't find a job, and whether communication skills is something tht they struggle with
