Heat wave and insulin

Anyone in the U.K. really struggling with high glucose levels and their insulin not working as efficiently as it should? I’m thinking it because of the temperature my insulin (in use) is at the moment, my room which I keep pens in (short and long acting) is probably getting to way over 30 degrees! Am I best just keeping all my in use insulin in fridge until the temperature cools down! I just don’t want to have to bin insulin before it’s unfinished as this is a waste, thanks!
